The Data Controller does not transfer personal data to third countries or to international organizations.

In any case, it is understood that the Data Controller, if necessary, will have the right to move the servers even outside the EU. La base giuridica per il trattamento dei Suoi dati personali è la seguente:

Luoghi in cui trattiamo i dati personali

Il Titolare del trattamento non trasferisce i dati personali in paesi terzi o a organizzazioni internazionali.

I dati personali sono conservati sui server di Google, Siteground, Mailchimp e Clickfunnels.

Resta in ogni caso inteso che il Titolare, ove si rendesse necessario, avrà facoltà di spostare i server anche extra-UE. In tal caso, il Titolare assicura sin d’ora che il trasferimento dei dati extra-UE avverrà in conformità alle disposizioni di legge applicabili, previa stipula delle clausole contrattuali standard previste dalla Commissione Europea.

Durata del trattamento dei dati personali

Effettuiamo il trattamento di dati personali solo per il tempo necessario e per il fine per il quale sono stati originariamente raccolti, successivamente al quale saranno cancellati o archiviati, eccetto nella misura in cui il loro trattamento continui ad essere per noi necessario al fine di osservare obblighi di legge cui siamo sottoposti o per ogni altro fine lecito e legittimo.
